As the concept of leading a healthier lifestyle

institutions such as Kobe Pharmaceutical University. Findings from
these studies have already been presented at many prestigious medical
conferences. The company also holds a number of patents in the area of
cultivation technology and other fields. In addition, various clinical
tests on the health-related benefits of maitake mushrooms are
now underway in the U.S. and the UK. Beyond these efforts, we continue to
work on a wide range of internal research projects intended to further
improve the quality, taste, nutrition, and yield of Yukiguni Maitake
mushrooms.
